Exciting Changes at Dalesway Fine Foods: Introducing Click & Collect!

Dear Valued Customers,

We have some bittersweet news to share. As of August 30, 2025, Dalesway Fine Foods of Yorkshire will be leaving Otley Market due to circumstances beyond our control. While we are sad to say goodbye to our market presence, we are thrilled to announce a new way for you to continue enjoying our premium products!

To ensure you can still purchase your favourite items, we have launched a Click & Collect Service through our website. It’s simple! Just browse our selection, pick the products you love, and add them to your basket.

Important Note: If you wish to order any of our delicious mueslis, please provide at least 3 days' notice. Each batch is handmade to guarantee freshness, and your advance notice helps us serve you better.

Once you’ve filled your basket, follow the chequeout instructions to complete your order. You can choose to pay by card or opt for exact cash upon collection.

On the following Saturday morning, meet our friendly team member, Martin, at the market between 9 AM and 1 PM to collect your order. If you need to arrange a different pickup time, feel free to give me a call at 07973717052.
